Does it keep working when I switch to another tab?
Yes — this is the standout feature. Sessions continue running in the background using Chrome's alarm system, which isn't throttled by tab visibility. Start it, minimize Chrome, and come back to your results.
Will this get my X account banned?
No tool can guarantee zero risk, but X Unfollow Manager Pro is designed to minimize it. Actions are spaced with random human-paced delays, cooldown periods prevent burst activity, and you can set conservative session limits. Use the recommended settings for the safest experience.
Does it unfollow everyone or only non-followers?
Your choice. “Unfollow Non-Followers” only removes accounts that don't follow you back. “Unfollow All” removes everyone in your following list, subject to your active filters.
Is my data shared with anyone?
No. The extension never connects to any external server. All processing happens locally inside your Chrome browser, and your unfollowed-profile log is saved to local storage on your own device.
Can I protect specific accounts from being unfollowed?
Yes — use the Keyword Protection feature to shield accounts by name or bio text. You can also enable Skip Verified, Skip Protected, or Skip Follows-Me filters.
How many accounts can I unfollow per session?
You set the limit. The default is 30 per session, and you can raise it up to 1,000 — though lower numbers with longer delays are recommended for account safety.
Does it work on twitter.com too?
Yes. The extension works on both x.com and twitter.com.
How much does it cost?
